Conan O’Brien’s One Twitter Follow becomes famous

Conan O Brien showed his support for his fans as he ran with the crowd from Lankershim Blvd. to Universal Studios on foot!

Kind of. In the words of Sarah Killen, Conan O’Brien’s one twitter friend, Conan has “changed my life”.

Who is this Sarah Killen, besides O’Brien’s first Twitter follow? Well, first you should know she is just an average ole’ random Twitterer, one of over a million followers of the ex late night comic. And she is THE one Coco chose to shower with love. How much love, you ask? Well, in a matter of hours after the follow, Killen went from 3 followers to over 16,000. So what do we know about Conan’s one Twitter follow?

According to O’Brien’s tweet, “I’ve decided to follow someone at random. She likes peanut butter and gummy dinosaurs.”

Niiice.

In addition to her love for PB and gummys, Sarah is engaged and didn’t quite know how she was going to pay for her wedding as her dough supply was rather low. And instead of a meager budget, thanks to Coco she can have her dream wedding.

Killen tells Popeater, “It has really helped. I’m getting married on September 25, and we didn’t know if we would be able to afford it. Now I’m getting custom made shoes and a dress from Kelima in New York … We’re getting a limo, Classic Creations is giving us wedding bands and there’s a vineyard in California sending us wine. We’ve got it all covered now.”

And yes, she has invited the comedian to her wedding.

“My fiancé wants Conan to be his best man. That would be really cool. And hey, if he wants us to come on his show, we’d get married on there. That would be fantastic.”

But will he do it? You just never know about that crazy Coco!
